Privacy

When you submit the decision form, we anonymously record which recommendation was shown, so we can understand what people are asking for before this site shows up in search results.

Airport (if selected), time-of-day bucket, group type, whether you already had a transfer booked, the top recommendation shown, and the site language.

Time of day is stored as a bucket (for example "morning"), never an exact time — there's no flight time or exact clock time in this record.

We also count clicks on the transfer button, as a single running total per option, not one row per click.

No name, email, phone number, IP address, cookie, device or browser fingerprint, or session identifier is ever stored with this data. There's nothing in these records that identifies you or links two records to the same visitor.

These are aggregate, anonymous records — not an account, and not linked to anything you do elsewhere.

Like effectively every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived technical access logs (for example, for security and abuse prevention) that can include an IP address. Those logs aren't part of the decision tool's own data, and we don't use them to identify individual visitors.

If this site appears in search engines, those search engines have their own data practices, which we don't control.
